All-Access Pass


Do I get access to the Zero to Cyber Pro program?

As an All-Access Pass member, you will have access to our entire online training library! That means any course we have available on the platform is included.


How is Zero to Cyber Pro different from the All-Access Pass?

Great question! Our Zero to Cyber Pro is a program designed to take somebody from zero knowledge to qualified for an entry-level job in Cyber Security. The All-Access pass includes more courses than just the core Cyber Security topics.


I cannot access a course included with my membership.

That's easy! Just send us a message by clicking your account profile on the top of the webpage, and we will add it to your account. Access to discontinued products and services may be removed from the platform and your account.

Billing & Refunds


Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

We want you to get the most out of your learning and budget so we make it easy. We offer a generous 14-day refund policy if you are not satisfied with our products. To request a refund, Contact Us by clicking on your profile at the top of the webpage. Please do not dispute the purchase charge for a refund.

**Digital Downloads and Career Service purchases (i.e., coaching sessions, mock interviews, and resume and cover letter assistance) are considered final and are not refundable.**

Can I change my payment method?

Absolutely! Click on your account icon in the upper right of the webpage and then select "Add / Change Credit Card." This only impacts future charges.


How do I cancel my payment plan?

We do not allow students to cancel payment plans. We offer payment plans, also called installment plans, for specific products to provide an affordable option for students versus a single lump sum payment. By selecting the payment plan option, you are agreeing to complete a specific amount of payments until the paid amount reaches the total purchase price.


How do I cancel my subscription?

We are sorry to see you go but hopefully we will see you back soon! To cancel, click on your account icon in the upper right of the webpage and then select "Manage Subscriptions." There you will can cancel any recurring subscriptions.

Course Content


Can I download the course videos?

No, we do not allow students to download our training content. We are an on-demand training platform so you will need an internet connection to train.


My course seems like it is missing content.

We publish content as soon as it is ready so that future students can see what is available and current students can access the content. If you feel like there are subjects that should be included but are not, feel free to contact us by clicking your account profile at the top of the page.

Can I become an affiliate or refer people for a discount?

Can I purchase individual courses?

Our general philosophy is that purchasing individual courses is counterproductive to keeping learning affordable. We would rather offer you greater access under a simple pricing structure than creating different price points for the same content. If an individual course becomes available for purchase, you will be able to purchase it directly from the course page's pricing section.


Do you have a mobile application?

Yes we do! Our hosting platform (Teachable) has an iOS application that can be downloaded from the app store. Once you download the app, login using your email and password for access to all of our training courses. If an Android application gets released, then you will have access to that too!


Do you offer gift cards?

YES!...Kind of...you can gift anything with a one-time payment (not subscriptions)! Select an item with a one-time payment option and proceed to checkout. Select the gift checkbox and deliver it directly to the recipient. No waiting!


I want a course that you don't have.

Darn! Our goal is to constantly evolve our course library with training that our students want. If you have a specific course that you want, contact us by clicking your account profile at the top of the page and let us know!

Mentorship Program


How is the MP different from Career Coaching?

The Mentorship Program offers students a group-based setting where Career Coaching consists of one-on-one sessions. Additionally, Mentorship Program content is pre-determined unlike Career Coaching where the student can decide what they would like to discuss in their sessions. Both offer high-quality training.

Can I get a status update on my scholarship application?

We appreciate your interest in receiving a scholarship. Our scholarship opportunities receive a tremendous amount of interest so we are unable to provide individual application status reports. We recommend following our LinkedIn page and continuing to monitor your email for communications.

That's easy! Just send us a message by clicking your account profile at the top of the webpage, and we will add it to your account right away.


I cannot log into my account.

Visit the login section of our website to reset your password.


I cannot play videos and receive a privacy error.

This is most commonly a browser issue due to either not having JavaScript enabled or an extension/plugin causing compatibility issues. We recommend resolving the previously mentioned issues first, and if the problem persists, try using a freshly installed browser to test the functionality.

Zero to Cyber Pro


Are certification exam vouchers included?

Currently we do not offer the exam vouchers with our program. You will need to purchase exam vouchers directly from the certification vendor.

The time frame will vary based on several factors. What we can tell you is that our program will teach you the core Cyber Security skills and knowledge that you need to be successful. The content is on-demand so you can learn at your own pace based on your schedule and determination. Students have seen results in as little as 90 days to complete both the training curriculum and to pass the certifications that we cover throughout the program.
